The MadroGolden filter indication serves as the foundation for the QuantumFX indication, a Forex indicator system.
This indicator is constructed using common indicators like RSI, DeMarker, Momentum, MACD, Force Index, and Moving Averages to generate a trading filter. Trade when two or more identical-colored signals (Blue for buying, Red for selling) emerge. Avoid trading if two indications appear to be at odds.
MadroGolden Filter Indicator
The momentum signal is located at the bottom of the indicator display window. Momentum is displayed in red and blue respectively. The standard Momentum indicator found in Metatrader 5 is where the signals for momentum are derived. Momentum indicators with values above 100 indicate an upward trend. Values below 100 indicate a negative trend.
As we ascend, the Force index and Demarker indicators’ trend indication is present. A downtrend is represented by red, while an uptrend by blue. When the Force index is above 0 and the Demarker is over 0.5, an uptrend is present. When both the Demarker and the Force index are below 0, a downtrend indication is indicated.
The indication cross signals come next. Additionally, these indications might serve as trend confirmation signals. The Relative Strength Index, Moving Average Convergence Divergence, and Average Directional Movement Index are the indicators used to represent these indications. The following events set off the signals:
- Adx +Di > -Di and Macd is above the previous Macd value if Rsi is more than 50.
- crossdwn – if Rsi is lower than 50, Macd is lower than the preceding Macd value, and Adx +Di -Di.
The Moving average-based indicator arrows are the last. These arrows merely represent a crossing of two moving averages, either upward or downward.
You can use the trade signals provided by the QuantumFX System as-is or, as is advised, combine them with extra chart research to further filter them. Although this strategy can be used by traders of all experience levels, it may be helpful to practice trading on an MT4 demo account first until you are reliable and self-assured enough to trade in real time.
The MadroGolden Indicator can be configured to send you a signal alarm. This is advantageous since it allows you to monitor numerous charts at once and eliminates the need to spend the entire day staring at the charts in anticipation of signals.
Any Forex currency pair as well as other assets including equities, commodities, cryptocurrencies, precious metals, oil, gas, and others can be traded using the QuantumFX Trading System. Additionally, you can use it on whatever time frame that works best for you, from 1-minute to 4-hour charts.
Trading rules
On the 15M and 30M charts, the QuantumFX Indicator System performs admirably. However, you can apply this technique at any moment. As a general rule of thumb, keep in mind that if you are trading, for instance, the 30M chart, you should always look at the 1H and 4H charts to determine the longer-term trend. To reduce drawdown and boost consistency, avoid acting on the signal on the 30M chart in the opposite direction of the longer-term trend.
We also advise experimenting with new approaches and changing (adding or deleting) indicators to suit your needs.
Buy
- The bottom-most Madro Golden Filter Indicator has a blue arrow pointing upward; it only appears after the candle has closed.
- A minimum of three (ideally four for confirmation of entry) Madro Golden Filter indicators must be blue. There is no entry if any one of these four (arrow, small cross, small square, and “x” square) is red.
- The candle itself must be Green.
- There must be green FXSniper LSMA.
- PriceChannelStop v1 must be below the candlestick and blue in color.
- For greater discretion, use the Fibonacci retracement and pivot lines. If you are unfamiliar with pivot points, I advise you to read the complimentary supplementary pivot points summary information included in this package so that you may make an informed decision in the event that buy signals are generated in conjunction with price being close to pivot points.
Sell
- The Madro Golden Filter indicator has a red arrow pointing downward.
- The Madro Golden Filter indication must have at least three red indicators. NO ENTRY if any are blue.
- The candle itself must be red.
- Red should appear on FXSniper_LSMA.
- PriceChannelStop v1 must be displayed above the candlestick and in magenta.
- Use the pivot lines and Fibonacci sequences given above.
Stoploss and TakeProfit
You can utilize the SL in a variety of ways, depending on your preferences. With this method, there are no set rules to follow.
Setting the stop loss (SL) below the low of the previous three to four candles is one strategy to use, but not by more than 25 to 30 pips for slow pairs like (EUR/USD) and by 35 to 40 pips for volatile pairs like (GBP/USD, EUR/JPY, etc.)
The most secure take profit is the next pivot line less the spread (for instance, entry long near pivot equals target at R1 line – spread).
As soon as one or more of the indicators starts to change color, leave. Additionally, if that occurs, you might want to move your stop loss to a safe position to attempt and keep the trade open or close half of your position and ride the trade for extra profit. Everything depends on your preferences.
